Definition of agricultural worker under state law:

• Under the state Minimum Wage and Work Conditions Orders, “‘[a]gricultural employment’ means employment on a farm, for a farmer or on a farm as an incident to or in conjunction with such farming operations, including preparation for market, delivery to storage or to carriers for transportation to market.” (N.D. ADMIN. CODE 46-02-07-01)
