Overtime

• Maryland has a state law regarding overtime pay. (Md. Code Ann., Lab. & Empl. § 3-415)
• Agricultural workers are covered by the state overtime law to some extent, but to a lesser extent than others.
The overtime law does not apply to agricultural workers that fall under the exemptions listed in Section 3-403 (above). (Md. Code Ann., Lab. & Empl. § 3-403)
