Help us protect farmworkers and their families from pesticides

Because so many farmworkers have limited access to health care, it's especially important that state and federal governments strengthen and enforce laws regulating the use of pesticides, that workers are properly training in the safe handling of pesticides and that employers take responsibility for protecting their workers.

Farmworker Justice advocates for policy change at the state and federal levels, conducts pesticide litigation, issues reports on pesticide use and safety and develops and implements educational programs aimed at helping health professionals recognize the effects of pesticide posionings so farmworkers can be treated more quickly and effectively.
